Comment: Took my lunch hour and run on the frozen trail around my office. Feet fell asleep from the impact and probably shouldn’t have ran this far first time back. Cardio felt good, but other issues are weighing me down (besides my body!). Going to read up on my medications to ensure there isn’t something in them making it extra hard to lose weight.
